This was a great place for my family (2 adults, 2 kids) to stay for a long weekend in PA. We had more room than we needed, one of the bedrooms went unused. This neighborhood was quiet with a cute downtown area only a few blocks away. About 30 mins from Hershey park which was our primary destination. The newly remodeled kitchen was very nice although we did not really use it. The house was very clean and the backyard looked like a nice place to relax (but again, we didn't get to use it). My kids already want to stay here again next time we go to this part of PA.
Some downsides (annoyances, but not enough to knock off a star). I'm tall and kept hitting my head on the kitchen fixture pull chains. Also, the portable AC on the second floor took some getting used to. The noise it makes when it kicks on jarred me from my sleep the first night. However, I'd much rather have that than no AC at all. Central AC on the first floor was great for the kids. Parking was tight, but I also drive a big pickup so it comes with the territory.
The host was very easy to communicate with and helpful with situation that came up due to a massive storm that rocked the area. Overall a great place to stay, cheaper than most area hotels, and very comfortable. We will likely stay here again on our next trip out to Chocolate country.
