Absolutely terrible!
I've stayed in Makati the past 12 years in a dozen properties, high-end to low-end. This place by far was the worst experience that I've ever had.
Arrived extremely tired from a 20+hr travel, only to be greeted w/the most unclear instructions ever. Had to go from registration to security, up & down & up again changing elevators 4 times & finally getting TO the HOT room on the 64th floor, only to find out the keycode was wrong on instructions. Messaged manager multiple times, to find out the keycode needed a # sign after the code, which was NOT on the instructions! I figured this out myself! 1.5hrs later finally getting IN the room....NO water!!; Cockroaches running around; Bathrooms were dirty, no toilet paper(we had to go buy it ourselves), plus the toilet didn't look like it's been used for months, very grimy! To top it off, the WIFI didn't work either, which we needed it for work! So, after 2.5hrs later the water engineer had the water turned on for us to use. Too tired, we showered & went to sleep immediately.
Next day, we had to pay for an internet cafe to work because NO WIFI the entire stay! The property manager just said sorry, but, didn't offer any relief, discounts or money back, considering non-service use for what this property should offer! Stayed 3 nights & the only thing that worked was the AC.
I would stay far away from this property if you don't want the endless hassles just to be comfortable. There's other Gramercy stays much, much better & less cost!
