Had an amazing time. The house was great, clean, had everything we needed! Loved the pool and putt putt golf! Host was super nice, answered every questions we had! Definitely would stay here again!

Overall decent property but some minor issues. During our 10 day stay and pool company did not come to clean the pool even once- one of the guests got in and scooped out all the leaves to make the pool look a little cleaner. Dock green lights were out. Sounded like it was an easy fix but turned out they need replacement and didn’t work during our stay. Host was very responsive but it was still disappointing because we rented this particular house because of the green fishing lights. I am sure they will get this fixed soon. House was close to our work project (we were not there for vacation) so overall it met our needs. We did get a surprise visitor in the canal behind the house.

Prime location for our family. Favorite parts of the house being the large outdoor options to spend with family in the sun or the shade. The step down dock is perfect for the young and the old getting in and out of the boat! Love the spacious dining/living area. Pool was refreshing and shaded for the second half of the day. Hot tub was even relaxing. All our guest from 4-60 love the putting green. Ac blew cold, showers worked great (indoor and out), and beds were comfortable. This is a repeat location for our large group. If we had any issues Bert and others were quick to respond and accommodate. We look forward to returning

Family Get Togethers

House was beautiful. Enjoyed sitting outside. Downstairs patio was great for the ones who didn’t want the sun. Watched the sun rise and set every morning and even. Suggestion would be to provide some type of welcome book with list of activities and restaurants nearby. Maybe copy of menus. Also what to do when checking out. Enjoyed canal view but disappointed no ocean view

Peaceful paradise

I'll start off with we will be returning! Boat access was a breeze with the "drop-down dock" and boat ramp within 3 minutes. We spent many nights on the dock and pool deck area. All ages enjoyed the putting green. Bedrooms were spacious and clean. We made use of every area of the house. It is an ol der but well-kept home. Having an outside refrigerator and ice maker was a key selling point for us! We were very happy with our stay! ** We did have an issue with the mini split in the downstairs unit upon arrival, and someone was there within 10 minutes to fix the problem. Great service.

Amazing Keys Getaway!

Our family of five (with an additional guest) stayed here last week and every one of us would return! This is a spacious home that sleeps up to 10 (with use of the pull-out sofa) so it fit the 6 of us very comfortably. The master suite has a king bed and there are two other bedrooms upstairs with queen sized beds. Downstairs (note that this room is accessed by the outside - there is not a staircase inside the home to access this room) there is a room with one king and one twin bed (with a bathroom). We loved the saltwater pool (perfect after the beach!) and hot-tub, and the teens also enjoyed the small mini-golf area. The kitchen is well-appointed and we used the downstairs ice machine daily. A large cooler is also provided, in addition to two boogie boards and some beach toys. We also appreciated a space in the carport to park to help keep our minivan cool. Towels for showering and the beach are provided, in addition to bed linens, so no need to pack these. Check-in was also very easy, and Bert (the property manager) was super responsive when we needed assistance (we accidentally locked the keys in the downstairs bedroom). The location was perfect and generally quiet - there's a small airport down the road so some aircraft fly by throughout the day. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome multi family vacation rental with all the perks!

We thoroughly enjoyed this house and would definitely rent it again. Easy bike ride or walk to most of what you need during your stay in Marathon. Clean house with really nice outdoor setup. We really enjoyed the outdoor 2nd floor patio, pool, jacuzzi and practice putting green. Very clean and spacious floorplan.

Great spot for family spring break!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had 3 adults, 4 college aged, a teenager, and a 12 year-old. Durning the day, we soaked up the sun by the canal and cooled off in the pool. The putting green was a fun addition for some competition and laughs. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit at night. The space as just as advertised and the manager answered all questions right away. Walking distance to anything we needed. Would stay again!

Great Family Vacation!

We've stayed several times in Marathon and this place is by far the best! We were very comfortable with 3 families with 10 people. All descriptions and pictures were accurate, but what we loved about this place was the attention to detail. The outdoor furniture, pool, and hot tub were all top of the line! Putting green was a very nice touch along with the commercial ice maker. We loved everything about the place and highly recommend for a great Keys vacation!

Last Minute Getaway

After we had to cancel our international trip last minute, we found this beautiful place. The inside is beautifully redone and the outside area was nice with visits from a pelican, manatee and lizard. The morning and early afternoon are definitely the best times to soak up the sun in the pool though. Overall a nice place and a fun central area of the Keys!

Fun with Family

This house was perfect for us. We had 3 different families and we all had our own room and bathroom. The openness of the kitchen, dinning room and living room was perfect to gather for food and play games. The host of the property was amazing! He answered all are questions in a timely manner. We also had the microwave go out and they had it replaced the same day. I highly recommend this property!

Comfort Inside and Out

Nine adults stayed at the house and we all enjoyed the shaded outdoor living space that included lots of comfortable seating, the swimming pool, a hot tub, an extra refrigerator, and an ice machine. The waters were very calm for the week, so we rented kayaks to paddle through the canal and out into the coastal waters to enjoy the sunsets and curious manatees. There was a lot of air traffic from the local airport, but it eventually became a source of amusement with the variety of planes and helicopters.
