Beautiful apartment recently renovated and decorated with attention to the details located in one of the most exclusive areas of the Costa del Sol, the Golden Mile, and with an idyllic setting.
It is located in a quiet, well-kept urbanization with 24-hour surveillance service. In addition, it has a swimming pool open all the year and a covered garage space.
The apartment itself is very bright and has a nice living room, a large terrace, a perfectly equipped kitchen, and two double rooms with two bathrooms.
The first room has two beds of 90 cm x 200 cm. The second one has a 150 cm x 200 cm bed.
The terrace is one of the most pleasant parts of the house, with a South - Southeast orientation and equipped with a living area, another dining room and some beautiful hammocks where you can enjoy the wonderful time that the Costa del Sol.
The ideal house to disconnect and enjoy the best holidays in one of the most exclusive areas.
Very close to the house we can find the best restaurants and night clubs on the Costa del Sol.
The beach and the promenade is a 5-minute drive away.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.
