It started out very rough since I had no contact phone number to communicate with when the check-in process went terrible. First off, I couldn't even get in the gate with the instructions provided, then once in, they asked for my QR code from the owner for free parking, otherwise it would be $30. Well, I never received a code and had to pay the $30. I finally got the number of the property manager who said he would refund me the $30, but I never received that either. Once checked in, the water was completely shut off, but I was able to figure out how to turn it back on myself. After all that, the rest of our time was wonderful! The location was great! The place is as described. Overall, I gave it a 4 due to the inconveniences during check-in and poor initial communication, but the rest was very good. I would stay there again if the minor issues can be rectified.
