Gorgeous modern house in a spectacular setting
We stayed in the guest house but had private access to the outdoor living area of the owner’s home. The pool is 40 feet away from the guest house and benefits from a spectacular view on Marigot Bay. The guest house also benefits from a terrace where we watched gorgeous sunsets. The beds were very comfortable. The home manager was of great help during our stay. We have a great time!

New Year
We spent three nights at the property over New Year. It's clean and well equipped, but the real standout is the outstanding range of views from the different areas. We had a new year's eve BBQ by the pool with a great view of the fireworks. The walk down into the centre of Marigot Bay was 13 minutes each way, I'd recommend a torch. Communication from the owner in advance of our stay was detailed and clear. Locally, Cyrus is an excellent property manager and it was helpful to have him show us the final part of the drive to the property.

Fantastic stay in Marigot Bay
My family and I had a great stay! House was extremely clean and had every we needed. Cyrus was a great house manager, very friendly and accommodating. We loved the view from the pool! Restaurants are nearby, we thought the food was best at The Villa which is very close to the house. Mark was very prompt with communication. Overall, a great stay!

Spectacular Marigot Bay View
We were extremely pleased with the accuracy of the listing description as the property. The communication with the property owner and manager was excellent, including advice on pre-customs requirements. The views over Marigot Bay from the pool and deck were spectacular and integral to the experience. We cannot say enough good things about Cyrus the property manager, who was always available for advice on local attractions, matters, etc., which is important when you are managing a private, off-resort vacation. The house was perfect for a family, providing all amenities required. We would certainly wish to repeat the experience at this property next time in St. Lucia.

Loved the location. The view is incredible. The pool looks amazing. I would say a car is required. It is a difficult walk to the marina. Both the owner and the house manager was easy to work with. Perfect vacation home in a beautiful location.

St Lucia
Rented this property to attend a wedding on the island. The property is nice, views are spectacular at the top of a very steep peak but that made it difficult to get anywhere because it’s too steep to walk and we were unable to reach the manager who said he would transport us anywhere we needed for the week.

Recent Trip
I stayed in this home for my recent trip to Saint Lucia. The property is absolutely beautiful. It’s located in a quiet area with no neighbours in the front. You don’t even see or hear cars or people going by. It’s perfect for anyone looking to have a relaxing, quiet vacation. The back is where the real magic is. You have a breathtaking view of the Marigot Bay where you can watch the boats daily by. You can enjoy the pool also. Mark was a great host and communicated effectively. He responded in a timely fashion and ensured my stay was comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely accommodation in a great location
Just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at this amazing location. Well equipped accommodation in a stunning position that would be hard to beat. Various seating and eating areas overlooking the wonderful bays. Cyrus the HouseManager is a true asset who makes your stay that extra special as well as on hand to sort out any queries or issues. Plenty of local places to eat and The Villa is easy walking distance both ways, though a taxi is welcomed on the return up the hill following a lovely selection of cuisine. Marigot Bay is centrally situated to visit Pigeon Island in the north, sulphuric springs, botanical gardens and chocolate making in the south as well as zip lining to the east! Our favourite beach was at Ti Kaye where you pay $10 to visit but you get this credited in their superb restaurant, though the $2 ferry to the local beach gives you the chance to sample rum and coconut from its shell and meet Santa selling his fruit from a paddle board!!! A quick bite from Chef Caroline’s green caravan opposite Roots 2 is a must!!! A real holiday experience not to be missed!!!!

Our family stayed here for a week. The home was great, comfy beds everything you need. The best part was hanging out by the pool with views of Marigot Bay. I would recommend renting a car to tour the island and those hills are no joke.

Utterly amazing location and views. Large property that was very well stocked. Great local support via property manager. Perfect spot for a quiet relaxing vakay. Only caveat - the bed is a Queen, not a King.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a very nice view too, of Marigot Bay. We should have researched St. Lucia a bit more because we needed to drive a lot to explore the island. That is not a reflection of the house however which was lovely.

Marigot Bay Guest House
The guest house is nice. It seems to be fairly new, and is spacious. The air conditioning worked fine, and surprisingly there were only a very few mosquitos while we were there. (Wonderful!!) The views from the pool deck at the main house are really pretty. The sunset view is only from the guest house decks, which sadly have several power lines hanging in front of them. Unfortunately, the house listing says there is a King bed, (but it is only a Queen size bed), and that there is a washer and dryer (there is no clothes dryer, only a small, broken wire rack for air drying) and that there is a hair dryer, (but there was no hair dryer) and that there is international cable TV with 40-60 channels (but there was no cable TV). The washing machine would not start and we waited 2+ days for help with the washing machine. The housekeeper did bring a hair dryer for us to use.

Beautiful Vacation Home
We had an amazing honeymoon at Mark’s property. Everyday that we spent in St Lucia was absolutely fantastic and Mark’s place surged as a perfect home for us. The views from every side of the property are breathe taking. Marigot bay seemed to be a nice middle ground between the large resorts in the north and the many fun activities in the south (sulfur springs, snorkeling, waterfall, etc.) especially if you rent a car. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

Awesome St. Lucia Spot
If you are interested in doing a lot of activities or relaxing at the house, this is the place to be. Clean, spacious, beautiful views, lots to do from Marigot Bay or drive to the north or south from this location to other excursions. (Driving does take some extra time due to roads, but no need to move to another location. We initially thought of staying at a location in the north and a location later in the stay in the south) Equally as good is hanging out at the pool and enjoying the pool, weather, deck and beautiful sunsets. The property manager does an excellent job. He is very helpful, pleasant and informative. If you do want to use a hair dryer or curling iron, know there are no outlets in the bathrooms. Pack a small mirror to use by the bed. The island is less expensive than many we have stayed at which was a nice surprise too. Definitely a place I would stay at again. Wish I was still there. 😊

The views from the property and especially the terrace were wonderful - a lovely serene spot. The small swimming pool overlooking beautiful Marigot Bay was a highlight. The property itself was well maintained and very easy to be in. The only small drawbacks were the glitchy washing machine and maybe some of the glassware and utensils could do with updating. Cyrus and Laudiana were simply fantastic and helped to make the stay memorable. A car is strongly advised to get around as the property is pretty remote (but that is also part of its charm). All in all a really memorable stay.

Spectacular experience from start to finish!
From the process of booking through to the very last day of our 7-night stay we felt safe, incredibly comfortable and able to enjoy everything this home has to offer! The property is very well kept, modern and clean and absolutely stunning on the inside and outside. The views are simply spectacular and even better then they are shown in these photos! The host, Mark, is responsive and always there should you have any questions. Cyrus, the house manager, supported our every need and made us feel right at home from the very start. He helped us with transfers to town for groceries or transferred us to Marigot Bay in the evening for dinner and was always available and willing to help us with anything we may need; even helped us with our COVID Testing and support when we neared the end of our trip., and he always did so with a smile on his face! You will not be be disappointed. We are so grateful for our stay and how well we were taken care of and my only wish is to return again and stay for much longer!!
