Comfortable studio on the ground floor Villa du Golfe in La Ciotat, with sheltered furnished terrace (dining areas, sitting area, ...) in the countryside. The apartment is 2 steps from the "Great Beach" (a street to cross). This proximity to the beach is very comfortable and can spend a holiday in a swimsuit.
The studio (28 m2) is independent (separate entrance). The parking space is in the property with possibility to park bicycles, boards, etc.
The apartment includes a living room and separate bedroom with bathroom. Separate toilets. Wifi free, reversible air-conditioning. (Owners classified "Superhost" on another holiday site with 5 stars awarded in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020).
Residential, lively and attractive seaside neighborhood, very lively, with its beaches, café terraces and walkers. The car is not essential.
There are local shops: bakeries, patisseries, hairdressers, pharmacist, La Poste with DAB, fishmonger-caterer, newsagent, supermarket, wine cellar, delicatessen ... Many restaurants, beach snacks, creperie, pizzeria.
A market on the harbor every Sunday morning and a night market on the harbor every summer evening.
Supermarkets 5 minutes by car.
Rental of nautical equipment 2 steps, promenade of the seaside ... Rental of mattresses and parasols on the beach.
Rental by the night with a minimum of 3 nights except in June, July, August, September where the rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival: from 3 pm, departure before 10 am (for parking too).
A deposit of 500 € is to be given on arrival .
NB: please indicate the number of children and/or babies precisely on the booking website because the children minors are exempted of Touris tax.

Information: COVID-19 pandemic prevention
In the context of the pandemic, here are the preventive measures that we are taking, ensuring that our rentals are free from coronavirus.
Cleaning techniques: ventilation of the premises for more than 3 hours, vacuuming of floors and wiping of surfaces with disposable equipment, conventional cleaning of surfaces, sanitary facilities, floors and equipment followed by full disinfection with a virucidal and bactericidal surface disinfectant .
Linen: All cushions, bedspreads and linens are changed between each traveler, washed and disinfected in specialized laundry.
NB: We provide for your stay a ready-to-use surface disinfectant (1 liter) composed of 0.1% sodium hypochlorite (bleach) and a bottle of liquid soap for hand washing .
Beach and sea bathing: The location of the villa in front of the beach allows sunbathing within the villa (without lying on the beach) and crossing to bathe in the sea.
Local shops avoid going to supermarkets.
PS: we ask travelers who suffer from symptoms, fever, to request the postponement of the stay.
