My group (12) and I were pretty pleased with this property. It was comfortable and the hot tub was great (and huge - it really does fit 8 adults). We also deeply appreciated the two full size fridges in the kitchen and the large table and island with stools. The kitchen itself was very well appointed with some exceptions as noted below, but plentiful utensils, plates, cook- and serving-ware.
Things that could be better - like many houses built only to make money with no intention to ever be lived in, it was kind of stark and was lacked attention to detail - poor finish work (incomplete framing on our bedroom door meant it could never actually close, kitchen drawer design made lack of drawer pulls frustrating, loose balusters), exactly one (1) cooking knife in the kitchen, dirty icemaker, no comfort items like art or extra blankets, and property was more exposed than I thought. To be fair it's a new neighborhood and therefore not as much tree cover/plant life as there would be in a more settled location and it was too cold for the trees to have leaves, but I was still hoping for a little more privacy.
Overall I would gladly stay here again but it might be time for me to seek out properties owned by people and not companies.
