Good location, okay price.

The overall experience was good considering the price and location. The hotel needs to maintain the rooms better. We booked 4 rooms and 3 of the rooms had broken bathroom doors and the shower doors were broken. The mattress were dirty. Room cleaning was really bad as we had to tell the person again and again to clean.

Very close to Haram

We stayed for 5 nights during Umrah. The location of this hotel is fantastic, only an 8 minute walk to Haram. After much pleading, we got a room with a masjid view - fantastic. Front desk staff was friendly and spoke good English.

Property is good. Their lower staff(porters, cleaners etc.) is excellent with good English. But the one on reception and mid management, their English is very poor and they are unable to understand what customer is saying. Plus white color staff needs to pay little more respect for their guests instead of showing greediness for money all the time.

Nice place. They didn’t bring us water to room and said they don’t have any. WiFi sucks sometimes. Walk to haram is really close if you go through the anjum hotel. Like 8 minutes
