Great hotel to stay and near the Haram not far. Nice neighborhood the only thing that I didn’t like is security guards. I have my family with me and my ride stoped between tower 1 and 2 and the bus came and stopped for my family to come out and the security guards tell them to run them over.

Beds had bed bugs. Suffered from severe bed bugs bites. Otherwise, good service and price. Free shuttle to Masjid-Al-Haram, but quite a walk from the drop-off point to the mosque. Would recommend booking a closer hotel if walking uphill is an issue

I have stayed 4 night in Tower 1 with my family,The hotel interior is very old, badly need upgrade.If the management resolve few issues, then, it could become one of the best hotels to stay with family. Cleanses is a big issues , mattress and quilt are old and got stained everywhere.carpet not clean regularly. They provide fresh cleaned bed sheets and quilt covers but still the quilt and mattress smell sweaty.therefore, Hygiene is an issue. There are some services available like washing machine, pryer room, resturent, shuttle bus. Staying with kids, lots of laundry to wash, so it’s really helps having washing machines.

I recently stayed at Al Kiswah Tower Hotel and found it to be quite economical, especially when compared to other hotels near the Haram. This made it a great budget-friendly option without sacrificing too much in terms of quality. On the positive side, the hotel is quite new and in great condition. The lifts were efficient and had no issues, which I found to be a big plus. Additionally, I must mention Sultan, one of the staff members, who was extremely helpful in arranging a taxi for my family—his assistance made our trip much smoother. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bed sheets. Upon entering the room, I noticed small marks and hairs on the sheets, which clearly indicated they hadn't been changed from the previous guests. This was especially concerning as I was traveling with kids, and a clean environment is crucial for our comfort and peace of mind. Despite this setback, the positives, like the hotel's modern amenities and the affordability, make it a strong option. If they improve on the room cleanliness, I'd eagerly recommend Al Kiswah Tower Hotel to others seeking an economical stay with reliable facilities.
