Service was absolutely awful. The management and staff do not help you in regards to rooms and stay. I was lied to by staff members in regards to a date change I had requested, they stated that the dates would be changed and on arrival this was not the case. The shower head of my room fell off mid shower, which then I had to wait four to five hours for a replacement, which took away half of my day. Please avoid this hotel, it is not a 5 star hotel, Trust me !

Communicational skills , Reception was not customer friendly , exception of one who spoke good English and Urdu, The roads get blocked for prayers and the security didnt let us get through even we had reservation for the hotel , we wasted 3 hrs to get to the hotel and check in so we could perform umrah , since thd hotel is near Haram there has to be a better way to get to the hotel , we paid extra to taxi for circling around the Makkah tower couple of times, bathroom was ok needs maintenance, what i really liked Kabah view was amazing, room was clean , haram was 2 min walk , lobby had prayer arrangements , mall was 2 min away the staff was wonderfully who took care of our daily needs and maintained our rooms , Breakfast was very good

The hotel is in best location, part of the haram for which you can pray ur salah in room at own confort, and the amazing khaaba view just makes it even more speacil.. It was our 1st time in makkah, had the best & confortable stay.. in shaa allah will be coming back here and recomending to all family aswell

Lack of Coordination by Hotel Staff

I had booked my stay at Swissotel for 3 adults and had asked for 3 beds but was allocated a room with 4 beds and accordingly charged extra . The Front Desk service was painfully slow. There was no response to any calls to the Front Desk did hours and to e mails I sent 2-3 days earlier regarding intimidation of my arrival plan .
