Perfect and peaceful
Watching the waves on the ocean is my favorite thing to do, and this is the perfect house to do it. The patio is a few steps up from the ground, so the view of the ocean is just right there anytime you want to see it. If you have a pet, the fenced in yard is what makes this house above and beyond. You don’t have to worry about your pet wandering off while you are enjoying view. we will be back!

Rest & Relax
Fished just about every day out our back door. Made lots of memories with the grandkids. There were plenty of sand toys for the kids. The outdoor shower and foot wash were extremely helpful. Kitchen was equipped with new stainless steel appliances. Master king bed was nice and firm. The two bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The outside has beautiful flowers all around. This is a typical old-school Floridian home with all its charm. It brought back memories of our childhood. The tiki hut was awesome while we sipped margaritas and BBQed dinner every night . Will definitely be back!!!

A Gem on the Treasure Coast
The house is not fancy but has everything you need, but you won't even notice the house when you see that view and easy beach access!We wanted to see rocket launches and the Geminid meteor shower, and the dark sky on the beach just steps out the door was perfect! I don't know when we'll be back, but I hope it's soon!!

Bitter Sweet Experience
Although this rental isn't convenient to stores and restaurants the fact that it's beach front is it's best attribute. In order to enjoy our stay, it was necessary for us to overlook multiple issues. Finding the place was not easy since the mailbox is hidden by bushes when coming from the south. Big coconut tree above front door that could drop coconuts at any time. Seminole mailbox is rusted and dented. Hugh furniture in the small living room, too large of chair and ottoman plus big coffee table that we kept bumping into. The pull out chair in one bedroom is too small for an adult so that was a waste of supposed sleeping space. Hugh sectional in another room that we guessed should be a master bedroom since it seems to have a master bathroom. Both sectional and large coffee table are very awkward for the room. We think the owner counts the sectional as sleeping space. Rugs have no rubber backing. Closets full of, the only way I can describe them is crap. Broken chair in one bedroom is supposed to be a nighstand. Cans of raid under sink so I suppose there's no exterminator and we saw a few roaches, not palmetto bugs, and worms. Yuk ! Outdoors was unkempt, deck needs replacing, warped and green from moisture, Lawn places should have been weed wacked. Wouldn't take much to clean up but must not be a priority to owner. Two grills that were disgusting. Stairs to beach have nails popping up, should be replaced. The place has potential but needs to be cared for. Too Bad

Family vacation
A gorgous view of the ocean from the kitchen/dining area and deck out back. Sunrise was amazing with my morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay and the beach was like our own oasis most of the week. There was always something to see between the fish, dolphins, turtles, and land critters all week long. People activity picked up from the public beach access near by on the weekend and it was entertaining to watch the surfers. Long Point market store and Whitey's tackle shop are within walking distance. Ric and Gail provide a list with nearby activities, dining, places of interest, and suggestions with some witty humor. Ric, they won a couple of times. What a great location. Thank you.

I brought my daughter in laws & 5 granddaughters to stay at Melbourne Beach. We LOVED this perfect little home on the beach. We loved the huge red couch & the outdoor shower was my favorite. I would absolutely stay here again!

Walk out, feet on beach
We enjoyed our stay at Iguana Azuz, however, we had some issues with pests and bugs inside the home throughout our stay. We contacted Rick and he was quick to react, but the bug issue is not a quick fix situation. The furniture is dirty and outdated. Make sure you bring your own beach gear and beach towels as well. There were barely enough towels to use for basic showering. The hot tub was nice! The surf was rough in the area and had to worry about riptides. Overall, we did have a nice time and enjoyed just walking out and sitting on the beach! With a lil bit more updating, cleaning and pest control, I would recommend Rick’s place.

Church women’s group
During our last meeting, our church's soul group and women's study group had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely stunning property. With a total of nine of us, the accommodation suited our needs perfectly. The view from the property was simply breathtaking and added to the overall experience. Throughout the night, we worshiped and shared testimonies, all while lounging on the world's most comfortable sofas. As the sun rose, we were able to witness God's grace in a truly remarkable way. Our host, Ric, was exceptional, making the check-in process a breeze. The space itself was incredibly cozy and provided all the amenities we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful and memorable retreat. Needless to say, we are already looking forward to returning in the near future.

Fabulous Time
We had a wonderful stay. You can’t beat the location directly on the beach. The yards are amazing and the house was absolutely perfect. It was spotless. You can fish , metal detect , surf , watch space launches , admire dolphins and turtles or simply relax. Ric was a lovely host.

Great location on the beach
Perfect quiet spot. Plenty of space to spread out. Easy parking and access. Great outdoor access. Floors and kitchen were not clean, especially appliances.
