Really enjoyed our stay here!! Perfect location - so handy to the trams. Friendly/helpful staff and the room itself was great. Only negative was that we had to ask 3 times before our room was finally serviced, but other than that it was fantastic

The lighting in the penthouse condo was very dim. A person would have a VERY hard time putting on makeup in the bathroom. Dining room and living space both very dim. Everything else is TENS across the board. Staff was fabulous

Mould in bathroom, poor lighting and unloved clean

Check in staff are excellent, unfortunately that’s where it ends. 2 lifts to get to penthouse. Rooms are so dark, no decent mirrors. Shocking lighting. Mould in the bathroom, grime on skirtings behind doors. Coffee machine, no capsules, til you ask. No latch on bathroom door No loungers at the pool. I emailed the address given and asked GM to contact me to show him before i wrote this review, but he did not bother to reply

Air con was not working in one of our rooms. We ended up moving floors around midnight after providing a portable air con unit without an extraction hose. The room was hotter than before we went out. We also realised that we left a small bag in the first room and when we went back to retrieve it in the morning, it had already “disappeared”. Staff were polite, but not helpful in finding out where our bag went.

Friendly staff but long wait to be checked in. Understaffed perhaps? Also booked for 2 adults and 3 kids. Didn’t ask if we wanted a fold out bed. Presumed there’d be one anyway as per usual when we book a hotel. It was expected that the 3rd child would sleep on the couch or $50 extra for a fold out. None were discussed at check in so we had to follow up.

Comfortable stay. Welcoming reception team very friendly and helpful. Room servicing (or lack thereof) fully explained at check-in. Property is in a great location but rooms are a little tired. Shower pressure not great, but room functional with full kitchen and laundry provided. Definitely could do with a refurbishment in the near future, but I would definitely come back to stay.
