No follow up
The stay at the hotel was very good, very clean, well taken care of and the best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel. The Wi-Fi was down for awhile but not very long, if this had been a one night stay, not having hangers wouldn’t have been an issue but staying 4 nights made it difficult. And we were told we couldn’t have any more. The negative part of this trip was that I was charged twice for my room. When I got home a tried to clear this up, I called the main number and talked with customer service. I was assured they would would get back to me very quickly. So far, 4 days ago, I have not gotten any emails except to ask me to fill out a survey. The charge has since been taken off my credit card but this lack of follow up has left a negative feel about my stay. (Which otherwise was a good stay)
