Staff were not very welcoming and rude when leaving. No internet through out the stay. 'Queen Bed' was two singles that were different firmness made together.

Reception staffs not helpful couldn't understand them, bedroom was smelling like urine, kitchen utensils were broken,went to Kmart and bought new glasses and plates, it's meant to be a serviced apartments but no house keeping done.

Receptionist on Saturday 4/5/24 was accommodating in getting manager approval to provide a second fob for us, which was much appreciated. Fridge & freezer were not checked very well for cleanliness as both stunk of seafood. The smell was noticeable throughout the unit. This should have been cleaned and deodorised before allowing guest check-in.

Brand new apartment complex in Footscray. Property was great. A couple of points: - Internet/Wifi was on and off. At check-in it was mentioned that building internet is still being tested; but still disappointing that it was working reliably. - Car parking in surrounding areas is very very difficult. If you need parking; pay for the building parking
