When I checked in staff were lovely same cannot be said for the staff when I checked out. After paying a 300 dollar bond in cash I was told to wait while they checked the room even though I clearly explained to Sophie I was heading back to the hospital as they called to say my partner was heading in for surgery. After 5 minutes Sophie chucked a piece of paper and pen in front of me and said nothing I asked what is this for she didn’t even bother responding so I asked again to which her colleague said to me this to confirm we have given you your bond back so I said you will actually need to give me my money back first which would be a common sense approach. The breakfast certainly isn’t worth 31.00 when you can walk to properties down and get a decent breakfast with barista coffee. Why charge people a bond when you don’t even have a mini bar. Certainly would not recommend staying here after the lack of consideration shown upon check out. Sophie needs further training in her roll, quite frankly her behaviour and approach is not great for her role she will cause customers like myself never to come back again.

Comfortable hotel at a good price.
The hotel is located in a very nice area, close to Albert Park, where the Formula 1 track is situated. The hotel is very beautiful, the room was very comfortable and well-organized. The only flaw I found was the average cleanliness in the shower area. The service was excellent, especially from the manager, Juan Carlos, who was very kind. The price-quality ratio was excellent.

Room was quite large. Staff friendly and helpful. The only minor downfalls were very tight underground carpark and had to get room service to come up late at night to make up Sofa bed as there was no bedding in room.

Nice views from a King city view room. Room was big and having a Nespresso machine makes a difference for us. Our room had reasonable sound deadening to noises outside of the building but no sound deadening via the main door to noises in the hallway or rooms across the hallway. Breakfast was adequate but the hot food wasn't very warm. We rated the hotel a 4 but we felt that with a little more effort with the food and completing sound deadening on the main room door, we would have rated the room a 5.
