Propert is lovely. Great check in experience. Only issue is thick sheets of ice on the street in front of the hotel, which can be dangerous. Given the extreme and unusual cold weather, i can't really fault the hotel for this, but it was a challenge.

This was absolutely horrible! My husband is disable and they wanted us to park in a parking deck and walk back to their hotel! The room only had one tv and it supposed to have been a junior sweet!! It had the worst smell ever! I do not suggest the hotel we didn’t even stay we got our refund and left

I stayed at this hotel when it was The Madison and it was great. I wish I could say the same about this trip but unfortunately, there was hair clogged in my shower and the key to my room did not work. I had to go back down to the lobby to get my key reactivated and then have “Mr Willie” escort me back up to my door, in case the key still didn’t work. I was disappointed to say the least.
