Soon as I get in the hotel, the receptionist cannot speak. English in the condition of the hotel was for a street people. And I cancel my reservation on the spot. The condition of the hotel is very poor and dirty the area is not for tourist people. It’s a very rough area.

Good basic hotel near the airport--easy, comfortable place to stay. I was glad I had a sleep mask, as the lights on the HVAC unit were really bright. Free breakfast was OK.

The washroom wasn't clean, The body towel was torn and very old. I asked for a ground floor room and they gave me one on the third floor. I understand that it is subject to availability.... But they did not make an effort to give me a better option and the elevator was not working, so my room was given to me on the third floor. They also did not allow me to have breakfast.... It is supposed to be included, but her response was that until the next day.

Hotel was in a good location. Many food street vendors at a walking distance. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel beds are comfortable. The room had minor blemishes including in the bathroom. Hotel walls are fairly thin. They earplugs provided come in handy.
