Guest Access:
Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 12 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).
Some options for transportation are:
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

* Extremely important: Inside the property and the building, it is not allowed to consume, buy, or sell any substances that are illegal in Mexico City.
- Check-out time: before 11:00 am.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in.
- Please keep the entrance door closed at all times.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.
- A maximum of 5 visitors is allowed per day. They must leave by 10:00 PM.
- If you wish to add guests to your reservation, please send us a modification request to update the number of guests, and remember to send their IDs at least one day in advance.
- The guest responsible for the reservation must send a photo of their ID at least one day before arrival, as well as the IDs of all the people who will be staying with him or her. IDs for minors are not required.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated.
- Loud music is prohibited at all times.
- Please respect the neighbors of the street and the building.
- When entering or leaving the property and the building, keep quiet to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost.
- A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in.
- Guests must climb stairs.
- You may experience typical city noise such as traffic and construction.
- It is forbidden to remove makeup or any other substance with the bath towels; if any towel is stained, the respective charge will be applied.
- The elevator capacity is limited to 2 people with luggage or 3 people without luggage. Any damage to the elevator will incur a charge based on the extent of the damage.
- Quiet hours must be respected. Any complaints from neighbors will result in a 2,000 MXN fine.
