We arrived to a room that is NOT what is displayed on the listing. When I spoke with the “front desk” I was told - “thats the best view and what they use”. We requested to be moved into a unit that was advertised and we were told, “one of the pictures on the unit is from the website”. When we showed him the pictures he was like “oh”; because it was not listed. There is no playground for the children as advertised (big bummer to our kids). The parking that they CHARGE for - the gate was left open 1/2 the time, the “key card required access” from the parking garage to the elevators - the door doesn’t lock or shut. The door to the actual room has a key card entry, but to the kitchen is a round door with a lock (easy for anyone to stick a knife in or pick open). We put a chair under the door. The kitchen - 2 forks, random cups - if you want to make pasta (as there is a strainer, and a laddle, you can make that). We contacted the host as soon as we arrived via the app and no response. Followed up with a secondary asking for a refund, no response. We spoke with other people at the location and were told the same thing- along with paint chipping, AC not working, no views.
If you’re going to book this place, I’d ask for a direct photo of what you’ll be receiving because ours was not it! Would not recommend.
