Front desk lady was very nice, showed up at 8:00 and check in wasn't until 4:00, and she kindly took all our luggage and provided us with towels and a temp room card so that we could get beach chairs for the day. Had dinner at the restaurant downstairs, Limoncello, and our server Ryan was as amazing as the food itself. Great stay at Casa Boutique Hotel.

Its a very modern, comfy and clean small hotel close to the beach. I did have some problems sleeping each night with all the noises from construction, cars, and people partying nearby. The rooms seem to be noise-protected to an extent, but there will still be some noise seeping in.

Good quality hotel, well located for exploring Miami Beach area. Restaurant downstairs (Limoncello) was excellent and we were given a discount for being a hotel guest.

One night prior to cruise departure. Room not ready at 4:30 p.m. check in was arduous and so slow. Room was absent of any decor. Furniture was damaged, rug very dirty and stained. While waiting for room, decided to have a cold drink at attached restaurant called Limoncello. 2 cans Limonata and a basket of focaccia that we didn’t order came to $40 US. Difficult to get assistance with bags etc in hotel

Stay was alright

Room was small but alright. Unfortunately, as in most U.S. hotels, the door is not properly sealed so you'll hear all the talking and shouting from other guests as well as the slamming of doors in the hallways. Recommended: Limoncello restaurant downstairs.

It's really outdated and small , unsure if elevator is up to code. Also still dealing with pending charge that the Hotel has no record of. Would def consider different hotel was not exactly the experience looking for besides the distance from the beach. Perfect spot for partying and having a good time. Property needs refresh , staff is doing great work

Very well located close to the beach, ocean drive and española way. Lots of dining options. Great little boutique hotel and friendly staff. Will stay again.

I was made to believe that the beach was closer. There was some needed repairs in the room. Overall comfortable bed I was woken up by a lot of sounds in the morning. The staff was not empathetic or helpful to resolve some issues.
