The perfect place
We were down for my daughter’s graduation from UMiami and didn’t know who would join us when we booked. With her brother and girlfriend joining us, it ended being the perfect space! Very well decorated, beautiful kitchen, comfy beds and close to everything! As others said, it was well stocked with anything you’d need. The hosts were great, even let us borrow a cooler to head to the beach for a bit. Would highly recommend!

Great stay near Coconut Grove. About a 10 minute walk to the center of the restaurant scene. The coffee maker was worth the price of admission. We had a small inconvenience with the hot water but the host was very quick to offer a solution for our group. Would consider staying again if back in this area.

Great hosts!
My family was visiting for our children to participate in a youth sailing event. This space was spotless, comfortable, and was very well supplied. You can tell the owners are proud of this space, as they have taken great care to make sure that everything you might need is on hand. The proximity to Coconut Grove amenities was important to us, but the home is just on the edge of a transitioning area. Although, we didn’t have any problems, we made sure to properly secure our vehicles. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved It!
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We had plenty of room where we didn't feel like we were in one another's space. The kitchen was decked out with a gorgeous commercial range and espresso maker. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch at night. This property is on the edge of the gentrified district so is easily walkable to Coconut Grove restaurants and shops. The Freebie picks you up about 1 block away. Our son and DIL live nearby and advised us not to walk around at night. The area is a bit rough but no one bothered us. One improvement I would like to see would be a latch on the inside of the wooden door leading to the porch area so no one off the street could gain access. We plan to stay here again next time we visit.

A Hidden Gem
We want to say that this house has all you look for and more for a vacation home. The owners were extremely helpful with all of the asked questions and requests. The kitchen it was amazing. It was definitely a talking piece. Came in town for a wedding. If we had the time we would have stayed longer to rest on that well cared for balcony and the most comfortable mattresses. I would definitely recommend this Hidden Gem for vacation.

The house has been remodeled completely. The kitchen is gorgeous. There's plenty of room for a family to stay here and have their own space. The family room shape is a bit odd - it's a bit like a long hallway, so if you will be trying to gather together space is a bit limited. The dining table also only seats 4. The owners were extremely friendly and live right next door if you have any issues. The property is several blocks from the main strip of Coconut Grove. For us due to some injuries this was not walkable. Depending on what you're used to, you may or may not have issues with the neighborhood. I would say this is on the very early side of gentrification, with this house being the nicest on the block.

Our family stayed while visiting the University which is just a short drive away. This is a gorgeous property: exceptionally clean, thoroughly stocked, well-maintained and has the best Coffee supply! Beds are comfortable, parking is easy and the owners are next door and willing to answer all questions, even for those of us new to Miami. We will stay here again for all future trips to Miami!
