Staff is not the best. Property is buzzing. It’s busy during the day and night. Main hub for party but with that comes crowdedness and chaos. Pricy property as well anything you have at the hotel is expensive but that comes with the territory

Room was spacious microwave not working not super clean. Service was great very clean lobby and outside breakfast. Dining was great. Lunch was not good. Chicken burnt. Restaurant on site was great. Cafe is incredible.

Nice vacation!
Gorgeous and enormous resort. Public spaces are very luxurious while the room was only okay. Very comfortable bed, but the decor was just adequate, with no refrigerator OR in-room coffee. Also non-resort food options are limited and the prices for said in the hotel are exorbitant. $40 for a drink by the beach is just too much. Another access point to the beach would be nice. Our room was exactly .5 miles to the pool/beach. I like to get my steps in but this was a bit much. Gorgeous weather, lovely pool and stunning beach (the beach staff was terrific) on a miles-long walking/bike path.

1) Although there were so many pools and I was planning to swim in the pools when I made my reservation, but I did not use the pools at the hotle because they were vey crowded full with kids and whirlpool was extremely crowded, towels were very old and turned and not available some times, even I payed for resort fees, 2) I did not have VIP access 3) the hotle was extremely freezing cold in the lobbies and public spaces 4) very noisy, load and unsafe at lobby/ bar area after 9pm 5) food were extremely expensive with so many extra charges 6) bed sheets and linen were not changed during my stayed at the hotle for 7 days 7) I wish i got a smaller room and payed less 8) I will not choose this hotle for my next visit to Miami Beach 9) coffee was not good at coffee shop/ice cream place 10) the room was not quite with nice view as I requested at the time of booking

I got the room handicapped look like a dump next day I did changed the room was much better could not sleep because the dog was barking so bad next door nothing for the guests for new year eve I didn’t like the location prices so high tips for drinks I never so anything like that I will never stay again at that hotel
