Beautiful hotel, excellent service. Our only complaint was the incessant club house music from the hotel next door that went well into the wee hours on Friday and Saturday night, and a good part of Sunday. It was hard to even sit on the balcony. Just too loud. Not Radisson’s fault, but due to this, I don’t think I would return.

The location is superb with easy access to the miami beach boardwalk, access to private beach, walkable distance to all the restaurants and a market. Short uber drive to south beach area and restaurants.

Clean updated rooms excellent location on the waterfront in mid Miami Beach near the Fontainebleau complex. Received an upgrade to a room with a terrace (thank you Anthealey). Pool area was nice. Restaurant breakfast was good.

Perfect get away!

We celebrated our 50 th Anniversary with our family and stayed at the Radisson. The location was nice, not as busy as South Beach. The pool had a nice amount of shade and sun. The boardwalk between the beach and hotel was perfect for walking or riding the Citi rental bikes, we rode to the end of the trail and had lunch at South Beach. The rooms were nice and had been refurbished. The beach and chair shades were great.

We got off our cruise ship at 8:30am. We showed up at 9 AM to check our bags for the day and surprisingly the room was ready! I bought the early check-in. The bellhop loaded up all of our luggage outside and brought it in then up to our room. Great service everybody was friendly. The beach access was awesome. We just ate at the hotel restaurant. I really didn’t see many fast food or quick options in the area. We also ate lunch poolside. Overall, we had a great stay. There was a CVS only a couple blocks away, easy walk. We bought some snacks and things. The room was nice, clean. I would stay again!

The front desk was rude and disrespectful and dismissive. We had breakfast at a restaurant off the property and it was taking a long time to get our order so I phoned the front desk and told them and they said that we could wait to check out till noon and I thank them very much and said that was wonderful. I got back to the room at around 11:45 and my key didn’t work. I went down to the front desk And the front desk agent said my key didn’t work because I should’ve been checked out by noon. I told her that I was there at the room at 11:45 to check out and my key didn’t work now. Of course it’s noon now because I’ve been waiting in line for 15 minutes to talk to her she said well you should’ve been out by noon and said next guest and dismissed me. I’ll never stay at this place again. I was treated like garbage.
