The room was moderately clean, when we asked for towels, we had a lot of pushback. The front desk staff and housekeeping, all look very unhappy.The front desk staff is not friendly at all. Also, we were given a coffee pot in the room and it was put next to a place where there wasn’t an outlet. The only outlet was next to a piece of cloth furniture, which is not safe and the coffee pot did not even work. Also, it would’ve been nice to have a mini fridge in the room. When the housekeeping came into the room, they just placed sheets at the end of both of the beds and did not make up the bed and the floors were dirty every day. They also removed our towels and did not replace them. Overall, I would say this is not a great place to stay only if you need to be close to the airport it is convenient for only that reason.

Not too thrilled with the experience

The room was very small along with the bathroom. The online imagined didn’t match the reality. There was hair on towels, sink, and shower. Even though it was just for the night, the experience lacked any real substance. Wouldn’t recommend.

The garden area was a very nice spot to sit and drink our morning coffee. The room was fine for the one night we needed it for. Nice options on the tv as far as YouTube, etc. Disappointed that it's advertised that there is an airport shuttle, but called multiple times to request the shuttle and no one ever answered. Once we got to the hotel after taking a taxi, we were told that the shuttle is shared between two hotels and it was a very busy night.

For what we needed, this hotel was perfect for my family of 4. Easy to access and close to the airport. We came early for our cruise and this hotel was in a great location for the activities we chose to do for our short time while in Miami—it was definitely the traffic that made the experience a little crazy but that’s Florida for you! I enjoyed hanging in the garden and the staff were so friendly and helpful, meeting any request I had. My kids wished they had a pool but understandable why they don’t since the beach is nearby. Breakfast had enough options for my family as well. There isn't an elevator but we had a room on the bottom floor thankfully, so I can imagine the stay would not be enjoyable for someone who stays on the second floor and has a lot of luggage! Thank you Garden Hotel for a great stay. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I arrived at this hotel around 10pm, check in was very easy. The hotel offers free shuttle services til 1030pm. Very spacious free parking. The only cons were; no safe available in the room, poor lighting in the room (however bathroom lighting was perfect). Breakfast was available, somewhat limited; toast, bagels, waffles, cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, jam, eggs and sausage on alternating days. We cannot complain. Was an overall nice visit/experience

Water in shower was terrible , it would go from hot to cold and then scolding hot over and over again . The shower door was not properly seated and water would get everywhere, the desk was loose almost fell due to it being so loose. Overall bad property , checked out early and went somewhere else

The young woman at the desk was very helpful in walking me through the details of using Uber for the first time. The facility, while older, seemed to be well-cared for. Breakfast was minimal — no eggs — but the bananas were delicious, much better than what we get in Indiana. Our room’s electrical outlet at the nightstand was nonfunctional, so my phone didn’t get charged overnight; fortunately we had time before checkout to charge at another outlet.

This was not Wyndham quality. Customer service at desk was frustrating and disorganized. We did not get into our room until almost 5:00 after waiting for hours. We were told “ten more minutes” multiple times. We didn’t make it to our dinner reservations with family due to the fact that we were unable to shower. I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
