La luz de la entrada de la habitación no prendía. Habitación limpia pero al lado de una puerta usada por empleados que tiraban en múltiples ocasiones(mucho ruido). En adición housekeeping abrió la puerta en 2 ocasiones en la mañana y el check out es al mediodía. El aire acondicionado se apagó durante la noche. El desayuno variado y personal amable.

We arrived well before check-in time for the day because we’d just gotten off of a cruise, but Alex at the front desk was friendly and efficient at getting us into our room right away, which was truly appreciated. While the hotel is by no means new, it is well maintained and in good condition. Our room was clean and spacious, and everything worked well. While we didn’t go into the pool, we did spend time in the pool deck area and enjoyed the atmosphere there, it being quiet and comfortable, with a variety of seating choices. While the breakfast that was provided was by no means gourmet, it was very good and had quite a few options, which was wonderful to have since so many hotels no longer provide breakfast or charge far too much for it (this one was free, as an added bonus). There are many restaurants and shops within a short walk, and that was also great to have, especially on the day before Christmas, when we were unsure if we’d have anything at all to do. Over all, I really liked this hotel and would stay there again.

Do not stay here
Very run-down and outdated property. For the price they charge per night, this is not what you’d expect. As others have mentioned, there is mould around the windows and it was not just one room, it seems most rooms are like that. There is no one at the front desk past 10 pm and if you have any questions or need help with anything, there’s no one there. Would never recommend to anyone!
