Great accommodation

A great accommodation for those that don’t want to eat out all 3 meals in a day. A walkable distance from all the shopping districts. There is a train track next to the building and it does cause a disturbance when you’re out on the balcony but not inside the apartment. Great for couples or with family and friends. Maybe not with kids.

A nice, central location with free parking if you're driving. I wouldnt call the apartment I stayed in luxury. It was ok. I liked that there is separate sitting area, bedroom and a small equipped kitchen with standard refrigerator, dishes, stove etc. Though all the furniture seemed miniature! Supermarket and other stores in walking distance. The pool is nice however, its not heated and doesn't get direct sunlight at point during the day. It was about 78 and cloudy and the water was freezing the whole time we were there, couldn't use it. I would stay here again if it was for an extended time or needed space bigger than a regular hotel room for a few people and I would definitely choose a bigger room with a better view. If just one or 2 people and only for a few days stay in Brickell or Downtown or on the beach.

Lavish design and amenities but a lot of stupid apps. The apps are mostly time-wasting, and staff often had to contradict what the apps were telling me. "City View" rooms look directly onto a busy passenger rail line. The horns and crossing bells may be bothersome. Make sure you have earplugs.

This was perfect for me. May not be the best area for a tourist, although it is across the street from the Miami Design District for impeccable shopping and walkability (not really around the building). The building is clean, modern, and safe. The unit is beautiful and spacious with modern fixtures. Really great value, I will absolutely be back!

Some equipments in the gym is in poor working conditions, left treadmill making noice, broken bands, clips on the bikes, no blender in the room until 2 days before our departure, we stayed 8 nights, our room was supposed to be luxury, it was ok. Great Location Midtown

Great property and great location. Very confortable and well equipped. The only issue for me was the parking. If you have a big vehicle, you have a 90% chance that you will scratch your rims on the tight turns. Also, the gate opens outward and has no warning sign or safety mechanism. It hit my car the first time I pulled in.

We had a great stay here! The apartment was very clean and easy to check in. The property management company was very responsive and helpful. Great view of the water from the balcony and only 15-20 minutes to get to the Boardwalk at Miami Beach. The location isn’t the best for walking (not much around to do) but we easily got around with Ubers! You won’t find a 2 bedroom apartment in Miami Beach for this price so it was well worth it!

Great stay at Nomada. The place was clean, bright, and had beautiful views. The location was close to everything and very walkable. The only complaint I have is that when you walk into the lobby, the scent is so strong that it was difficult to breathe walking through it. It was so strong and it smelled like men's cologne. They need to tone it down a bit or use a lighter scent. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

2 parents and 4 kids ages 16-11. It was perfect. Lots of room. It was. Ice it had bunk/trundle beds for the 4 kids in the extra room. Pleasantly surprised. Our previous accommodations had changed and this was an excellent find. Would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be having the entry fob and room key attached on a key ring together.

Came here for 4 day girls trop with my 3 sisters (4 people total). Pros: very clean apartment and in a great location. We walked and dined at the design district multiple times, and we were not for from Miami beach at all. Cons: Although the room was advertised to accommodate 4, the sofa bed was only able to reasonably fit 1 person. We had to buy an air mattress. Additionally the dishwasher did not work and the wifi turned off for the community on our 3rd day there which was inconvenient because we needed it to work.

Clean, quiet, great location, photos are accurate, the units are all condos—so there's a full kitchen and a washer/dryer in each unit. Building staff is very kind and helpful. Doesn't feel like a hotel. Free self-parking in a gated section of the parking garage. Building has 24/7 security. I read some other reviews complaining about road/city noise, but I did not experience any of that, and I have stayed in multiple units here. Maybe they replaced the windows with soundproofed ones before I first stayed here.

Great location in the design district of Miami, with easy access to 195 for a mid beach trip. My studio apartment was clean, comfortable & quite large, plenty of closet/storage space and fantastic amenities. My studio had a fantastic view of the intracoastal and Miami Beach. The only downside is there is no blackout shades for an east facing room. I would definitely stay again & highly recommend this property.
