We enjoyed our stay here once we got settled. Check in was not smooth, even though it wasn’t that busy at 3/45pm. Our keys didn’t work, going back and forth to two buildings to find the cart to get our stuff upstairs was not good. We had to pay $100 to park our truck, which we weren’t aware of before booking. They flooring in the kitchen looks like it was wet and is pealing, the window sill in the third bedroom, the paint is chipping badly and the blind holder is loose. I also think for a high end place like this AND being the Penthouse, the towels were way below what we would expect. They weren’t plush at all. We did enjoy having TV’s in every bedroom and the appliances were all fine too. I know this is critical, but if you don’t know, you don’t know. I used to teach customer service at a large hospital, so I always valued reviews.
