The door was broken, Iron corn was cut off and still with the iron, tub was dirty, and toilet kept running and trying to overflow. NEVER AGAIN!

Location is convenient. Unfortunately is not clean enough so the room and hallways smells funky. Housekeeping was very friendly and very committed tonassist, thenproblen isnthat the biulding is not in the best chape they need to keep up with maintenance.

The location of the property was convenient, very close to the airport. We were checked in with no problems at all. The rooms were nice and clean. The only problem we had was that the shuttle was leaving every 30 minutes and we waited for over an hour.The lady at the front desk said they dont always have drivers.

I was waiting for 20 minutes to be assisted in my check in as no one was at the reception desk. When I asked the lady near by she stared at me with confusion because she didn’t understand my english. Mind that a huge line was forming behind me as well. When I finally got to my room i realized my bathroom door would not close if Im inside the bathroom. To make the inconvenience worst the sink is located outside the bathroom area with a hallway and door separating it. The water pressure is terrible and there is absolutely no hot water. The staff is extremely noisy when cleaning rooms I was unable to sleep and they dont understand any english it was impossible to schedule a time for my room to be cleaned due to the language barrier. So i ask for refund
