Rug in the suite was filthy. Hair and dirt stuck to your feet around the whole room. Hallway often smelt like someone was smoking weed. Walls are paper thin. No ice machine. Had to go to the restaurant next door. I put up the do not disturb daily but they always come in while I’m gone and check the mini bar. Won’t clean anything or throw out trash, but will refill a beer that I used. Stayed for a week during the boat show. Won’t be back.

The staff was friendly and fair. My room was not ready on time so they comped me with a top floor room and ride to the airport. Entire staff wqs bi lingual. Courtyard and bar were a nice. Bonus: its a sandwhich shop across the street with very good authentic cuban style food.
