Showed up first day, air conditioning was malfunctioning. Apartment was hot. At first they said it would be 24 hours to fix it. Said that wouldn’t work. After some back and forth, they gave me a new room for the night while they worked on the air conditioning. The next day, the AC in my unit was fixed and I returned to that apartment. Day two was ok. Water pressure in both apartments was lacking. Day two in the evening, the WiFi went out and stayed out for the rest of my stay. So no TV or computer. Day three there was no hot water, so it was cold showers before heading out. The staff was responsive to messages, but aside from the AC being fixed, they just apologized for the other issues. Overall, people seemed nice enough and location was good, but experience was just ok.
