Overall, we had an enjoyable stay here. When we were looking for a vacation rental, the reviews for this property (and others) were all over the place. In the end, it turned out to work very well for us, though we did have a few issues. We had an issue with the remote controls not working in two of the rooms, and it took a day and a half to get replacement batteries. Since this was a minor inconvenience, it didn't bother us. But that turnaround could be an issue if the problem had been more pressing. Of course, they may have responded sooner if it had been. I don't know.We also had issues at the end of our stay with circuit breakers tripping for kitchen appliances. The fridge was off for part of the day, and the coffee maker and microwave would also trip the breakers. The location is okay. It's close to the beach and surrounded by hotels and other condominiums, so the beaches nearby were not too crowded. The building is at a busy intersection in Miami Beach, so there was a lot of street noise (trucks, car horns, etc.). But that's probably par for the course at Miami Beach.
