Feeling cat fished.

The room was as advertised, updated nice and clean. The amenities advertised were not at all accurate. The "breakfast" was a$70 up charge, the pool and fitness area were not available for guest use. We looked forward to lounging by the pool after traveling from our snow covered home to only find it closed. No refund or adjustment offered. Not a good way to treat your guest.

Pros: Bus to and from airport made it easy. Clean and nicely appointed rooms and good, dependable housekeeping. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Cons: The pool was closed (able to use sister facility next door) computer system wasn't working so buying from self-serve shop was a pain. Had to call days later to get by bill as it never got sent. Worst- the breakfast it was $34 and it was bad for that price. It was worth $12. Dried out and cold home fries, cold runny scrambled eggs, danish was stale one day and bagel was a brick the next, no decaf coffee- Just a big disappointment especially for the cost. Will go elsewhere next time.

The pool at the location was closed for renovation, which I really wished I would have known at booking or prior to booking. There’s an option to use a sister location but I didn’t book at one hotel to cross the parking lot with mini luggage to use a pool in another. The parking gate is an absolute nightmare and to already be booking and pay addition at 20/ night was wild to me. On top of everything else my key deactivated every night, so after coming home from non-stop work events to get to my room with cheap fast food to have to go back down and say hi I don’t understand why my key gets deactivated for 4 nights in a row. The key wasn’t “demagnetized” either. I had two keys for my room in completely different places and they both stopped working… the only night my key didn’t deactivate was a night that housekeeping didn’t clean my room. I never placed my “do no disturb” sign out so I also didn’t even get serviced. I was extremely disappointed.. I don’t get to go to miami often and this was a very upsetting experience.. I don’t feel like I got the value of what I paid to stay.

This hotel is excellent. Our flight was canceled and this hotel was recommended by the person at the airport who rebooked our flights. She did not disappoint! Airport shuttle every 20 minutes, check-in process easy and the staff could not be more friendly! They kept our bags in a locked room after check-out so we could explore the city before our flight. The hotel is updated, beautiful and clean. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this gem!
