The location is okay and convenient, but I wouldn’t recommend this property for a woman staying alone—it didn’t feel very safe. The building itself has a neglected and run-down appearance, and the overall condition leaves much to be desired. We had a major issue during our stay: a water pipe burst inside the wall, causing severe flooding that soaked our belongings, including suitcases and clothes. To their credit, the management was responsive and allowed us to stay in another room for one night. However, there were no commercial dehumidifiers or proper drying equipment used, so I’m almost certain the property is now full of mold inside walls and floors. The affordability and the inclusion of parking are positives, but the overall experience was lacking. The kitchen was very poorly equipped—no pan, no salt or pepper, no kettle, and just the bare minimum of utensils. For anyone planning to cook, this could be a major inconvenience. In summary, while it’s affordable and okay for the location, it’s not somewhere I’d recommend unless improvements are made to the maintenance, and basic amenities. Be prepared that the AC is very loud.
