],I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent property I booked through VRBO. My experience at this property was far below the standards I expected, and I am compelled to bring these issues to your attention.Upon our arrival, we were greeted by an extremely unprofessional front desk employee. This individual’s behavior was unacceptable and set a negative tone for the rest of our stay. Their attitude and lack of professionalism were unlike anything we have ever encountered, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable .Once we entered the room, the problems compounded. Specifically:1.The sink was completely stopped up, rendering it unusable.2.The toilet was broken and could not be flushed w out reaching into the toilet tank 3.The shower leaked onto the floor, creating a slippery and hazardous environment. The rain shower only had cold water and the hot water was only from the tub sprayer .Despite reaching out to management to request immediate assistance with these issues, we received no response or support. This lack of accountability and service is unacceptable and severely impacted the quality of our stay.Given the circumstances, I am requesting a prompt investigation into this matter and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and substandard experience
