Orange bowl stay
Check in great. Room very nice and well stocked with snacks and beverages. Washer and dryer in the room a bonus. Beds comfortable. Lighting in room and bathroom very poor. No daily room service. Had to ask for .ore towels, only 2 in the room. Towel bar laying on the floor, told front desk, never fixed. Good place to stay with family, close to everything and not be on south beach.

Great stay, but….
Front desk was great at check in, bell service was very helpful. Room was outstanding, clean, comfortable and stocked with more than we could ask for. It’s literally across the street from tons of live entertainment, restaurants and shops. Downside was the description of the ‘cafe’ which we had planned our morning for. There was no ‘cafe’ It was a cart by the door with a coffee carafe that was empty. Same for the condiments. I asked the uninterested employee standing by the desk where the cafe was and she pointed at the cart. I told her it was empty and the only response I got was, ‘I’ll tell them’ as she proceeded to text someone and dismiss me. We’d definitely stay again, but definitely plan on somewhere else for coffee and any type of breakfast.

The hotel itself is very nice. Perhaps on a different day, our experience would have been better. Unfortunately, when we arrived, our room was not ready so we had to wait an hour and a half for our room. We were also not offered a welcome cocktail or beverage coupons as advertised. The room was very nice and spacious, but the items offered in the kitchen area were lacking. There were no paper towels, dish towels, baking sheets, etc. We called down to find out if we could get a baking sheet. We were told that they would either bring one up or call us if they did not have one. We never received a call or the sheet. The hotel restaurant was closed (we were never informed). We called concierge to get recommendations for dinner. They sent us a list for brunch which was not helpful. Overall, the hotel was nice, but the customer service was certainly lacking.

Guest Service sucks in theis residence. Despite I have informed them in prior at booking time and again a day before arrival that we have a baby and we need a baby crib ready in the room once we arrived there was no crib in the room and I had to follow up with guest service a few times to receive it at midnight along with pillow and bed sheet for sofa bed. We finally got the blanket after five days one day before our check out. We had the same story for every single service we requested like taking out the trashes etc. There was no slope at the Hotel entrance and we had difficulty having the stroller with us.Hotel condition and Amenities was good and updated. The suit was clean at the entrance but there was no proper cleaning service during our stay. I liked the bay view from our suit.
