Everyone else was great & attentive except the Caribbean lady when we checked out. She was too busy on her personal cell phone. When asked for a bottle of water snapped at us and went back to texting. Needless to say: we were iconveniencing her!

The rooms are nice and the staff were very responsive. The hotel doesn't have elevators what made it uncomfortable when you have a lot of luggage. Except for that the stay was very good

I booked a solo two night stay at The Landon. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Hotel is located in quiet neighborhood. Rooms are average, which was fine for a short stay. The hotel does not provide adequate parking. Housekeeping staff use a strong smelling chemical to clean the bathrooms and hotel lobby, which can be overwheming.

The hotel didn’t have enough parking spaces and the ones they have is on ly for compact cars,bathroon toilet was loose,shower had mold in the corners,in the reservation said that it came with a free bottle of wine and It wasn’t in the room.

Great location for price. Interior room was a little dark, mirror and bathroom towels were small. Tv was sideways from the bed so not the best for watching tv in bed. Staff was great, entrance is cute. Nice, but a bit dingy for 4-stars. Meets expectations for 3 stars well.

This is probably the best hotel in Miami. All new, clean, excellent location. Free and excellent wines from 5 to 6. Breakfast included. Feliciano offers a great service, always helpful, at the reception desk and wherever necessary. We would stay again and I certainly recommend this wonderful hotel!
