Very nice location and price, but…
Very nice location and rooms, but the address was incorrect where the check in was on the hotels.com since they recently closed the office. I Had to walk 3 blocks for check in. Then they assigned us to another building that wasn’t on the reservation and had to walk 6 blocks to find that building. Never experienced something like this before. Also didn’t see the ridiculous “resort fee” until arriving, a nice surprise. I wouldn’t say that I wouldn’t reserve this location again, but now I know the hoops you have to jump through to stay here.

The first time I got to the hotel to check in they had a paper on the main office door saying go to another location to check in which was inconvenient. The time that I got to the main office there was two staff one of them was giving attitude. The staff charged me for the reservation meanwhile I already paid for the entire reservation. Really disappointed about the service nobody is around to assist as well as to get our needs. Plus the noise of the neighbors. If there less then one star I will go head and click on it.

Not horrible, but not a hotel ..
The check in gentleman were very nice, but that was the only time I could reach them until check out. The onsite office is under remodel or construction, so my family and I had to check in at a different location, then go to our hotel location. I would not call this a hotel, it is a motel. There is no one on site for any issues, housekeeping only every 3 days and the outside entrance. We were aware there wasn't daily housekeeping, but my family and I were there 3 days and no one came to empty trash and they have tiny trash cans. We used multiple grocery bags from our weekend shopping to bag our trash best we could. It was very convenient that a hot plate and cookingware was there. That helped cut costs a little. Overall, the place was clean when we got there. Some stains on the linen though. We had 2 double beds. My bed was horrible, it slumped down as you say or laid on it. I am not a heavy individual, it was clear it's an older or worn out mattress. The other one was decent according to my kids. We ran out of toilet paper within the first day and I couldn't get a hold of the office. I left a message with no response. I ended up going to Walgreens around the corner and buying my own. I would recommend this for a cheap, convenient place to sleep if you don't want any amenities and want to be completely on your own.

Worst communication ever had. Check-in info was a cluster. One said needed to check-in by 12PM, another said 1AM, or room might be forfeited unless we called. Our flight was delayed so we called. No one answered the number or ever returned any voicemail. Hoping for the best, Uber dropped us off (where indicated check-in was) just before midnight. Office door was locked with sign saying check-in moved to another location, effective that day. We were stuck googling that address and directions. Since Uber had left, we had to walk to that location with our luggage, in the dark, at midnight. Front desk guy apologized but said check-in location changed more than a week ago, and that we actually had until 4:30AM to check in. He drove us in his personal vehicle to 3rd location where our hotel was. He gave us sheet of paper with a number to call if we had issues during our stay. Well, we needed more toilet paper, towels, and advertised beach towels. Since there was no front desk, we called that number. Come to find out, it was the same number we had called on our arrival date with no answer. Again, we left a message and again no answer. I have never been to a hotel with NO front desk or NO way to contact the hotel. Daily “resort” fee only covered a pool the size of a postage stamp. Room had only 1 wine glass and no hand towels for bath or kitchen - had to use a bath towel for hands/dishes. Socks turn black from filthy floor. Room smelled musty. Never again!

Overall rating two stars just because of location, walking to the beach and a lot of restaurants, parking just across the street. Hotel itself is in very bad condition (pictures you can see are made long long time ago). We had a “suite” with kitchenette. It has a separate sitting area but in very bad condition, we tried to eat and cockroaches came out from behind tv, so don’t take food in the room. Mattress was really bad, we had a feeling that we gonna fall off of the bed. Kitchenette is almost nothing( there was 1(one) glass, but like i said i would not recommend to take food to the room. I would not recommend this hotel.

The place is not safe! There are some doors that can be open all the time! Some young guys from the neighborhood are outside my room charging their scooter. I told them a few times that I want to sleep, but they continue to make noise! No one answered the phone from the staff! One guy who works at the reception barely knows English! And the other one acts like a criminal. The pool is so dirty that you can't even think of going inside. Ventilation inside the room is very bad hard to breathe. Definitely not worth the money!

First, the hotel did not offer any kind of parking. We had to pay for parking.at a lot. Then where we made the reservation our room was at a different property 3 miles away. No elevators to help with heavy luggage. At first look at the room, it looked updated, big/spacious, and looked fresh/clean. The room had a musty smell, but we were tired and went to bed. The next morning ws noticed that the room was dirty. I dont think anyone has mopped or swept in weeks or months. The bathroom had mold in around the shower but there was also mold on the walls outside the shower area. We used this stay for what it was, a quick overnight to get to our cruise. We won't be booking this hotel again in the future.
