Very cute concept and and great potential the biggest issues that we encountered were mainly first the privacy there were a lot of windows that did not have any blinds or curtains, and the windows that had paper blinds were held in place by pushpins one open window being a large window in the living room that you could see through the window of the hosts house , I particularly do not care for this just for privacy purposes. I have no desire to see through their window, and I didn’t feel super comfortable, knowing that they could see through ours.It did seem like there were still a lot of maintenance repairs that really needed to be done. All the cabinets were hanging on with loose screws. There was sheet rock that was not complete. There were a lot of soft spots in the floor and the general cleanliness was not great. They had four large great Pyrenees dogs that were very friendly, but I expected them to be more separate from the actual property we we’re staying at and it was just very uncomfortable for me to worry about these dogs coming around us when I’m trying to take my dog out. Also, the dogs bark a lot throughout the night. We did have some issues with the wall heaters seemed like the one upstairs worked OK but the one downstairs didnt, As far as the actual host, they were very friendly and accommodating. They brought us down some extra towels because it did rain but I do think that this particular property was overpriced for its condition and would not rebook.
