I kept my expectations in check for this airport hotel - and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly, there was a small bar in the lobby where we could buy a glass of wine and take it to our room. The rooms were very clean, the shower was excellent. And, even though it's lit up like a hospital cafeteria, the food in the dining room at dinner was very good! As was the free breakfast. The free shuttle to the airport is just a short walk away. Or you can spend the money for a reserved shuttle from the hotel. Either way to are just a short drive away.

Fairly easy to get to from airport in the FREE shuttle bus. Check was slow. My son slept on the sofa bed but said the mattress was v lumpy and uncomfortable. For the price it was fine.

We booked this hotel because we needed to leave out of Milan Malpensa airport to go back to the states the next day. I'm so glad we did. Malpensa took us forever to get through all the security line and customs just to leave. I allowed 3 hours and believe me, we needed every single one of them. We asked the shuttle driver for a recommendation for dinner since it was our last night in Italy after being on the road for 3 weeks. He recommended Samarcanda, an easy walk from the Holiday Inn, and seriously, it was one of the best restaurants we went to in all of Italy that we visited. Amazing a buzzy on a Tuesday night. Loved it!

Our regular choice of hotel for Terminal 1
We stay here regular when we travel onwards. Free airport bus to stop to hotel ( 600m, but all flat) I suggest mention it to driver as it is not obvious. Great free breakfast, modern quiet room and nice pizzeria nearby.

Hotel was basic minimum, like college dorm. The hotel advertise, it has dinner at their sister Hotel the Crown Plaza, which is a few minute walk from hotel, but it was raining and we asked if the staff could take us. They said we had to pay €15 to go less than .3 miles. The morning front desk attendant was nice, i did like the hotel cat

Very close to the airport, they have a paid shuttle which will bring you from airport to the hotel. Free breakfast and in house restaurant. Nice , clean and quiet.

My wife and I most enjoyed the service of the front desk staff and waiters in the restaurant. This place is very clean and only a five minute walk to a free airport shuttle.
