The room was clean and tidy and room was cleaned every day, the restaurant was a bit hit and miss 1 night they had run out of chips so the alternative was hashbrowns or onion rings not great after 16 shift.

Check in was quick and friendly. After we got to the room it wasn’t set up for 3 of us. The extra bed hadn’t been made up at all. We went back to Reception and he went straight back to the room to sort it.

Very nice hotel and great staff

It was great, when me and my dad first got there a lady who was dealing with a customer before, said she would be with us soon. Then a Chinese lady who's name I forgot to get came with a smile and greeted us. She was very professional, informative and friendly, was a pleasure to be served by her. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Love the fact that the door to get into the showerroom can also separate the toilet from the sink & shower for extra privacy if needed. Only thing about the room was because I booked a double bed with a sofa bed just in case the bed wasn't big enough for me and my dad. I expected to see a duvet cover and a sheet within it, which it wasn't. Could ofcourse asked for them but thankfully the bed was big enough for us to share. Breakfast was good, unfortunately no fried eggs or mushrooms but for a free breakfast can't nobody complain. Scrambled eggs and beans are okay, croissants are nice. Sausages are quite nice to but I feel the bacon was the best out of everything. Would definitely stop again in the future at some point if required.

Lovely stay

Overall, our overnight stay was great, would recommend this hotel to anyone. We had an issue with the room heating but the team addressed this straightaway.

The staff were fantastic for our 2 night stay. I had 3 children with me and the staff gave them activity packs. The rooms were a good size. Everything was absolutely fine for a couple of nights. Location was great, we were a 5 minute drive from excellent restaurants and shopping centres. The harvester is opposite the hotel but this was over priced and the food mediocre at best. Although convenient, you'd be better of driving or grabbing a taxi to somewhere nicer.

Mattress was horrendous, tossing and turning all night long. Tried bith ends of bed but ended up with pressure points thru out the night. Woke up extremely sore and unrefreshed.

Ideal overnight stay

Easy booking online, good communication. Efficient, friendly check-in process. Clean spacious room, white fluffy towels. Good breakfast, selection of hot and cold dishes and pastries. Ideal for an overnight stay visiting relatives. Will use this hotel again

Hotel of choice in MK

A regular haunt for me when staying over in MK, to the point where staff recognise me. Overall, this is a functional hotel that is good for a stay of a few days. Breakfast is included and is filling if not very exciting, I think they offer some form of evening meal but never tried it. There is a Harvester restaurant close by which provides a wider choice of meals. Beds are comfy and the location is quiet.
