Very loud. Hotel parties occurred both nights and it was very late before they ended. People yelling and screaming at each other. They need to tighten or increase security. The restaurant is not in service. The breakfast buffet was good and service by staff was very friendly.

I like the property- the dining was different only open for breakfast specific hours lunch certain days.. The pool was not clean. The staff was wonderful. The renovations are good. Pet friendly- walked my pup along the Milwaukee River- terrific burger place in walking distance- lots of restaurants within a mile on port washington. My room was across from the stairs -randomly when someone came through the door of that stair well - my room door would rattle from the air blowing in the stairwell. That interrupted my sleep a few times. I would still stay here over and over. I will ask for a room away from traffic.

Very nice stay

I really liked the friendliness of everyone there. It felt like coming home each time I returned to the hotel. It's not fancy, but it is very nice and funcional. The room is clean and large, the hot tob is great and I also used the gym multiple times. The a la carte breakfast that was included was basic but good and the buffet on the weekends was perfect. Josh and the other staff members were very friendly and efficient. The location was excellent for the places I needed to go and the free parking is great.
