Heating system seemed to need some adjustments. Wouldn't run when the room was cold and then seemed to run longer than needed sending the temperature up to an uncomfortable level

Always stay here when I have early flight. The shuttle is dependable, though now you go on line to request the shuttle, and the rooms quiet and comfortable.

The room was clean, the beds comfortable, but the tv never worked properly. Also, when I called for an extra blanket I was told to go down & get it myself. Beings I was in pajamas, I told them just forget it. But my grandson went down later & got me one. Not customer-friendly!
