The place stunk like either illegal substances or something rotten the whole time, the shower had black mold in the corner and the water did not get hot, the room was dirty and ghetto. Gross place

It was great, breakfast was amazing and the smell of cookies when we walked in was amazing. The only downside was the hot tub was out of service the full two days we stayed and our neighbors were pretty loud the first night but other than that it was a great stay!

Se didn't stay because the photos and reality were two different things. My daughter was worried about bugs. They kept our $1200 and wouldn't refund us. I was hoping if i gave the company some time to respond, that they would rectify the problem. I have askdd for someone to contact me about a refund and havent heard anything back.

Horrible place for the price they charging people. Toilet seat had black stain had to clean before using .towel hooks is broken. Rooms look nothing like the pictures.the ceiling is only 6ft high in the rooms Waited 10 min at the front before the guy in back woke up. Coming out mad like I’m up messing up his sleep..never again I will ever come stay at this place .

It’s a very family friendly place with an excellent pool for all ages. All of the staff were friendly and tried to help but they didn’t have information about how the card keys could be rekeyed, lack of replacement of towels, how to get in touch with the manager to complement a staff worker, etc. It was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay and may come again. it’s not a 4 star ⭐️ hotel but was a good venue for families. The breakfast provided was very good.

Front desk never gave back my ID. Never delivered to our room. Never even called our room to tell us they had it. Drove 200 miles until I realized they still had it. Super sketchy on getting it back. They won’t provide me with manager names. Called the police department. They told the police it’s been taken care of and mailed. Completely different story than what was told to me! Was hung up on! Been staying here for years but today drew the line. Never again. Place is going to heck.

This place should be condemned. Paint peeling, rust and mold in the bathroom and pool area. Lots of weed being smoked by other people. Keys don’t work. Walls are paper thin

I chose the Country Inn and Suites because the pictures on line were lovely. I particularly wanted the pool with the hot tub and open fire in the pool area. When I checked in they told me the hot tub was not usable and the fire doesn’t work till December! We all were very disappointed, but more me as I made the reservation based on what I was told on the website. The rooms were not well appointed. The bathroom sink didn’t drain and that was gross. There were shoe prints on the bathroom floor. No fan in the bathroom. The bath tub was gross looking. Splatters on the wall. We couldn’t buy water at the front desk, so my brother bought ice cream and put it in the freezer in the room and it melted. The ice machine was taped together and didn’t work, we had to go on a long hunt for ice. There was so much noise in the hallway late at night and early in the morning. Most of the tv channels were unavailable. The breakfast was nice. We enjoyed that. We took this get away with my husband and my brother and his wife. We perhaps could have forgiven the room if we had been able to enjoy the pool area thatlooked so inviting online. That was the whole reason we chose this hotel…we wanted the hot tub and fire! The weekend was a terrible disappointment because what was promised was not available.

The Hotel online appears nice but in person the rooms are very dirty. My hotel room had bed bugs on top of the sheets and then the pull out bed for my suite had bloody sheets! I was very disgusted and uncomfortable with staying at the hotel. I proceeded with asking for a refund and the front desk refused to provide a manger number or contact and give me a refund. I was disappointed and hope no one else goes through the same thing I went through. I am not the person who just writes reviews but people who plan on staying there need to be made aware of what they’re getting into.
