Wasn’t impressed at all. Came to our room and the room still had sticky stuff all over the tables and stuff on the floors. Went to front desk and the manager had the housekeeper come back up and clean the room again. This was unsuccessful again. The sticky spots were still there. Elevator is broken. Won’t open up while you are in it. Had to go down a floor to take the stairwell up to the 10th floor.

Nice place. Would stay again. Great for family. We had to check out early do to a family emergency. The lady at the front desk was not helpful, immediately said no refund when mentioned it was an Expedia booking and did not look into it further. When I contacted Expedia they said they would contact the hotel since I paid at the hotel upon check in, not before hand to Expedia. Whoever Expedia and whoever they spoke with at the hotel at that point were very helpful and it wasn’t a problem only charging for one night.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Everything from the room, to the pool, to the fitness center and let’s not forget the amazing breakfast was an absolute delight. Location was very convenient as well. My family and I will definitely continue booking this hotel every time we visit Minnesota!

The stay overall was pleasant. Until I was charged with fees I was not told about. The front desk needs to be more transparent to guests at check in. I was never told of any parking fees. I was also told by the front desk lady that I had booked a “premium” room so the snacks and drinks were complimentary. this ended up be charged to my card. What a sneaky way to get additional charges onto guest’s cards. After speaking to the hotel staff, they did take the charges off but reprimanded me for not knowing their policies. No- you need to invest in more staff training because your staff needs to be better trained at their job. They shouldn’t give false information.
