Our experience was terrible. Staff was great. Rooms horrible first room microwave, coffee pot did not work. Room was dirty dust hung off head boards. We ask to change our Room which they did for us. Still not happy with cleanliness. Ear plugs left for construction noise outside. Not happy at all. Had to pay $4.00 for water. Suppose to stay two nights we left the next day to different hotel.

Hot tub and pool facility were very nice. The game room and bar is also a nice touch. Very clean and quiet rooms. The breakfast however was a disappointment and not worth paying for

Errors w reservation by hotels.com
The stay itself was nice. However, the reservations were all mixed up. We ordered a suite and then later added a regular room - for a total of two rooms. However, the hotel instead CHANGED the reservation to only keep the second room. It took quite a while to figure it out but at least they were helpful and the hotel had an opening.
