Nice Stay
Nice hotel. Centrally located to Mall of America and not too far from downtown. Room service only cleans every 3 days which is fine just had to ask for more towels. Love that it had a fridge in the room. Will stay here again.

From the time I signed in, there was nothing but good vibes! The staff were very friendly and professional. Check in and out was seamless. The room was very clean and I had plenty of linen! Most times you have to call for extra linen and toiletries. My room was comfortable, the bed slept well, and the view was lovely at night. I will stay there each time I visit the area. I was very pleased and I told the staff this. I can be hard to please, however, no complaints from me!

Clean, but would try a different hotel next time.
The hotel staff are friendly and let us come back and grab something we left in our refrigerator after we had checked out. The two issues I had were, there was a tear in our comforter on the bed and the sheets felt more like plastic, almost like they use waterproof sheets or something. Over all it was pretty clean. Their free shuttle from the airport driver was in a huge hurry. If you don't happen to see him drive up and rush over to the van, he would drive off and leave you. He did not wait long for people to find the loading area. He had to stop and go back for some flight staff that were there just in the wrong area and fighting to get through a large group of people. Someone called him and he stopped and went back. Also, I wish their food wasn't so expensive. Tasty but pricey.

The hotel accommodations were great, and the hotel staff very accommodating and welcoming. The bar, however, was another story. Both the bartenders had attitude, and unless you ordered a meal, you pretty much didn’t exist.

For the price of rooms you should not ha r to pay addl to park at their location. Front desk could not split the stay in 2 credit cards? I’ve never heard that before. Any transaction should be able to pay several ways. Disappointed for the 2nd time at this location.
