This hotel was perfect for my stay in Minneapolis. Situated near Target Field, Target Center, and the light rail, I couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel was quiet and secure and I appreciated the many amenities offered. I found the floors in the room to be a little grimy/sticky, but aside from that, everything appeared clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Minneapolis.

Great location right off light rail stop. Very nice new building. Onsite staff very friendly. Had a studio that was very spacious with in unit washer, dryer, kitchen, along with everything I needed (coffee, etc). Only issue was low water shower pressure and an entryway rug in u it would be nice for putting wet boots on

It was a great stay for two nights to go out and have a nice dinner one night and a Vikings game the next. Many high quality restaurants within a 5-10 minute Uber or walking distance. Walked to breakfast both mornings to places less than a half mile away. The Metro station across the street at Target Field made for easy transportation to and from the game at US Bank. Our only issue was that we could hear a lot of noise from the front entrance on our first night (a Saturday). This kept us up and woke us up several times. However, we solved this by turning on the HVAC fan which provided enough sound to cover up the people and train noises. Otherwise the unit itself was beautiful and provided the perfect amount of space. The Sonder building had great amenities and was very conveniently located. We are already planning a stay in a two bedroom for this coming summer to come to a couple Twins games.

Marvellous stay in Sonder (North Green Loop)

It was just opposite the Target Field station, fantastically easy access to and fro the airport via Blue Line to MSP. The personnel on duty at Sonders (24h) was always so polite and helpful. I came early and had no problem leaving the bags in storage while waiting for room. The lobby area is like a home environment which made it so comfortable. There was free coffee from a dispenser. The whole room was spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped. The place was so clean and comfortable. I will definitely look for Sonder in the future.

Loved the stay but we were overcharged for parking at the parking ramp under the property and the Sonder refunded us the overcharge when the ramp wouldn’t! They took care of us!

The property was neat and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker etc. which were all almost brand new and had pots & pans and plates, cups, silverware etc. They had washer/dryer and all the cleaning supplies too. It would have been nice to have a rice cooker too. 😊 The bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom were all neat. The lounge was beautiful with a fireplace and lots of books and had some excellent coffeemaker too. We totally enjoyed our 5 nights stay there.

This was a terrible experience in the property. The check in experience is really bad. You have to use your phone to submit photos of your ID, take pictures of yourself, but the tools work poorly in accessing your phone camera. Many retries, takes a long time. When we got to the property we were assigned a room code. The code did not work reliably to get into the room. We had to wait, locked out of our room, for a half hour on a maintenance staff member to come let us into our room late at night. We were treated like morons on the phone, unable to get into our room, until they team member showed up to help us out and realized the door didn’t work properly. Customer service is god damn awful. Disinterested, poor knowledge of the property, and generally treated us when getting support like we were the problem - until it was discovered they were the problem. The room had left over lip stick on the floor from the previous occupant. Good idea. Bad execution on technology. Bad execution on support. Stay somewhere else. Spend the money on a place that will treat you well and support you properly.
