absolute wonderful experience. My only complaint is the master shower is like a leaking faucet. A new showerhead will help. Beyond that it was a gorgeous location, gorgeous condo and just an overall wonderful experience. If I could give it to six I would. 😊

Spectacular Snowbird Stay!
This was our first experiment with snowbirding to escape a bit of the winter in Colorado and we could not have been happier with this oceanfront condo as our home away from home! We stayed for almost two months, which gave us a really good feel for the property and the area. Miramar Beach itself is exceptional with it’s white sugar sand! This condo was really nice both inside and out. The furniture was cozy and the finishings were pretty. The two balconies overlooking the ocean were beautiful with direct access downtown the stairs to the beach! And we met some really nice neighbors who were also snowbirding, which made the stay even more pleasant! We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a short or long term stay!

Beautiful property and great location!
We loved staying here. The location is great. We especially loved that the property was on the beach and we could leave chairs and sand toys on the lower level at the end of the day. The only issue we encountered was the internet coming and going. They did reach out and tried to fix it immediately. Communication was wonderful from the property managers. We hope to stay here again.

Almost 5 stars!
Property was nice. I'm over 65 so there were too many stairs for my liking. Past guests were correct, the parking is very small and crowded, a little difficult to park. But...overall it was a nice stay. I especially loved the beach chairs that were set up every morning.

Perfect getaway
We had a great time and the property was perfect. We were right on the strip and had private beach access. The unit was clean and very nice. Everything was exactly as listed and advertised. We loved the location as it was located in the middle of the strip and allowed for easy access to shops and restaurants...all were within walking distance. I wish they had more parking as we had two vehicles and it was a tight fit, however, it was manageable. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our week stay on the beach. The location was perfect. The property looks exactly like the pictures show it as. The only complaint I have is parking. The one midsize vehicle per townhouse should be inforced.

Great location, terrible parking!
Overall good unit. Could use a little more detail to cleaning, and maintenance. We were interrupted during our stay by maintenance needing to put duct tape on the microwave, I guess the tenants before us complained about a loose handle. Parking is a joke. There’s barely enough room for one small vehicle, that’s if no one else stole your spot. Good luck getting in and out during busy times of the year.

Great location
The property was old, the furniture uncomfortable and the views priceless. While we were able to bring our dog, we almost got a $100 fine as we did not have a permit. It would have been nice to have the rules disclosed when we rented. The parking is an F as it is extremely limited and we played Tetris with our neighbors as not to bang doors and provide access to our cars. Overall this was an average property with a great location. If your looking for luxury this is not it. If you are looking for the beach right outside you back door with great sunsets and sunrises this is the place. It was a mixed bag for us and we won’t be back. However we did have a great time.

Breath of fresh air
Lisa is incredibly nice and accommodating. We called last minute in a panic because our original VRBO rental in another area was not what we expected. She got us right in and the place was spotless! I don’t think I’ve ever rented anything that clean, which was greatly appreciated as I have an infant. The view is amazing and you really are directly on the beach. The beds are comfortable and showers are great. As Lisa let us know from the beginning, the parking spot is tiny. However, we made it work. We are forever grateful for Lisa’s hospitality and willingness to work with us so last minute. We had amazing week and would highly recommend Lisa’s place to all!

Family Spring break trip
We had a great time staying at Lisa's place right on the beach. Can't beat the views and being able to walk onto the beach from your back door! The place was clean and just as the pictures show, lots of updates to the entire townhome. Easy check in and check out and Lisa was very responsive every step of the way. Highly recommend and would defintely stay here again!

Great Family Getaway
We give this owner and condo a 5 star review. Absolutely perfect for our family vacation. We loved being within walking distance of Pompano Joe's,  Whales Tail , the rolled ice cream shop and the souvenir shops. Our absolute favorite place to stay. Was very clean . Was also very happy to see microban for cleaning and Clorox handsoap at all sinks. Our original reservation was during the covid 19 shutdown and we couldn't make it as our state wasn't allowing us to cross into other states. The owner worked with us offering a 100% refund . We opted to reschedule at a later date and are so glad we did as it was definitely clean and completely safe for our family.  We can't recommend Lisa and this condo enough

Best condo on the beach!
We were very impressed!!! The condo was absolutely perfect. It was beautiful on the inside and stocked with all the necessary kitchen items you could need. The guy who cleans on Saturday deserves credit as we observed him sweating and working his butt off!!! You have an awesome cleaner!! We also appreciated the Clorox soap at all the sinks along with the countertop cleaner. The beach was a bit crowded. I believe people in condos across the street were coming into our private beach area. It was frustrating as we were trying to keep our 6 foot distance from others. Miramar Beach is our absolute favorite and your place made our stay a memorable one. There were 90 degree temps, warm ocean water, and sunshine all day long. The best part is the short walk across the sand to our condo! We will definitely be back and would like to rent your place again next summer. Definitely 5 stars. Thank you for renting to us!!!

This property is spot on! You cannot beat the location if you would like to be steps away from your beach chair! The home is in pristine condition and spacious. The layout is perfect for families or for a friend getaway. Lisa is super Fast to respond And she fully Accommodated our needs! We hope to be back soon and highly recommend this house!

The townhouse was very clean and lived up to its description. There is no other way to plan a vacation then to have a easy access straight out your back door to the beach. Parking is tight so I don’t suggest large vehicles because you won’t fit.

Private sundeck and loungers change everything
We loved our stay. This was a getaway with a 2 yr old and being on the beach with our own sundeck made relaxation easy which has previously been impossible with a baby. Furnishings were very nice and location is ideal. Bad Ass coffee is a 4 block walk away. Also, it was spring break and the townhomes to the left and right of our location were so busy they had beach chairs stacked 3 rows deep along the beach - but not us us. Even though our units were fully booked we had the beach wide open to ourselves. It was great. I’ve already recommended this to friends who were amazed of our Facebook pictures of the unit. Will def return.
