Wonderful Beach getaway
We had a fabulous trip! The beautiful house was just steps away from the beach. We had 3 couples staying and there was more than enough room for us. The owners have thought of everything one would need on a trip and have stocked it in the house. They were also very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved everything about this Townhouse. Easy beach access and the two sets of beach chairs were much appreciative. The Blackstone was a nice touch as well. We soaked up the view and grilled out for dinner several nights. Every thing from grocery stores, restaurants, and fresh seafood from Skippers was less than 2 miles away.

The property is spectacular! The amenities, views, rooms, everything was perfect. With all the kids and some additional family members, we are 10 adults and two kids and the house accommodated us with ease. Amazing home with so many unadvertised upgrades
We had the best week at this VRBO, there are so many things that are not listed about this property. We have never stayed at a property with this quality of kitchen supplies, everything from the HexClad cookware, Cutco knives, there is a Blackstone, Ninja cooker, a deluxe Keurig and so much more not mentioned. There are so many sand toys and blow ups that we did not need to bring our own, but did and left some more behind. T he playpen for the baby was clean and in good working order. There are multiple baby gates as well. Did I mention the amount of local artist art work on the walls? Just beautiful! You are close to everything and we wanted for nothing. The private beach is not crowded at all and the chairs were up and waiting for us everyday. As mentioned, the parking is tight, we were able to get a fullsize SUV and a Jeep to fit pretty easily. We also had a 4 door pickup and just parked it less than a mile away at the RV park, they were super nice and it was a simple process. No complaints and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay
We really enjoyed our time at Mark and Marty’s place. It was a very easy check-in process and the home was clean when we arrived. We flew in to Destin so we weren’t able to bring any beach chairs, toys, etc. but they have provided everything we needed as a group of 9, including beach toys and plenty of extra chairs. They also provide a lot of essentials in the house such as hair dryers and a very nice ice machine for filling a cooler, which was so appreciated! Parking is tight, but that’s very clearly stated before you book. We had a small SUV and a minivan and we parked side by side with vehicles in both units next to us, but a large SUV or truck would be a very tight squeeze and likely wouldn’t work. We had to pull up to the road to be able to get in with our vehicles. But again, it’s clearly stated that the parking is tight and it’s nothing that would keep us from renting the unit in the future. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Destin!

Can’t beat this!
Just got home from a great week at the beach! This townhome was great!!! Very convenient as you can walk straight into the sand! Our family absolutely loved this place and if it wasn’t already booked after us, we were thinking about trying to figure a way to stay longer. Great location also on 98! Walk to pompano joes takes about 3-5 minutes. Can’t say enough good things about this place! Book it now!

The gas grill was NOT cleaned/the self lighting on the grill DID NOT WORK/the backup gas bottle was empty and the gas bottle attached to the grill was 1/2 empty. Water pressure in showers was low These are item I would expect to be very good for the quality rental this property.

Absolutely loved our stay here! First of all, you can’t beat this beach front townhouse on a private beach! The view is stunning! The townhouse is beautiful and everything is clean and updated. An Awesome Getaway

You can walk out the backdoor to the beautiful and private beach directly on the Gulf. The views from dusk to dawn were incredible. Wonderful beachfront townhouse
We recently stayed with our 2 adult children, spouse, and 2 dogs. What can I say...the townhouse was amazing! The owners have gone "all out" in making sure that you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, comfy deck chairs, and beach service provided. It was really nice to be able to step out from the porch to the beach and the views were amazing. Also ice maker on bottom level for coolers was a nice touch. I can't think of anything that we could have wanted that wasn't thought of! Great communication during booking and leading up to our stay. Townhouse was clean. Relatively quiet during our stay, which is nice. We would definitely stay here again. Only negative is the parking, and you are well warned in the description. We drove 2 large vehicles (Ford F250 PU Truck and Honda Pilot SUV) and it was a tight fit, so please head their warning. But as stated, they warn you about this numerous times, so this is nothing that should surprise anyone or cause concern, but please do take them seriously. Again, wonderful townhouse and we had a great week! Can't wait to return.

Amazing house right on the beach
We had seven adults who stayed for my moms 60th birthday and this house was absolutely perfect. We had plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and could have fit many more. Everything was super convenient and set up perfectly. You are literally right on the beach so it was perfect to go up and down to the house easily. The private beach and having a beach service that set up 4 chairs and umbrellas was amazing. They have plenty of chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. would definitely stay here again! We were all very happy! And the owners are extremely responsive and great to work with.

This place is beautiful and very well equipped and maintained! I just can't say enough about how nice this place is and the views from the decks. They have everything you might need from sand toys to baby gates already there. It's the perfect place to stay for a family.
