Beautiful condo near the beach
We stayed here in July for a family trip. The place was clean with plenty of bedding and all the amenities you could want. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings when we could no longer be at the beach. Remember to bring your umbrella and chairs for the beach or you can rent one at the beach for 55 a day. The walk to the beach from the facility is a bit longer than I expected but my children ages 9 and up were able to make it without much complaint. Parking was easy and the location was close to plenty of shopping and dining. We did visit the outlet mall not far from us and kids loved that too.

Great property
We stayed here with 4 adults plus a 3 year old, the property was large enough to accommodate us. We originally didn’t know how far the beach was but it was a super close walk- they do offer a shuttle as well, but if your good with a 3-4 minute walk you can easily walk it even with children. The pool beside the building was heated so that was nice and the putt putt course was a nice little added bonus! Would stay there again!

The walk to beach was alot harder than we expected, the no canopy rule is EXTREME its blazing hot we even walked down and set up past the condo and we still had some security guy come make us take it down. Very limited to where you can set up on beach. The condo was ok. We wont stay again

The condo was clean and well maintained. New appliances and the furniture was nice. The only negative comments are about the beach access and pool. First, beach access very small area for us to sit. There was an area for owners and would have been nice to sit there. Second the pool water was cloudy. Overall it was not a bad experience.

Great place
It's a perfect property with short walk to beach access, a pool and hottub next to the building! There's also a pool down by the beach, with a bar! You can sit on the beach right in front of the property, there is a small specific owners only section, but tons of space to set up Beach chairs and umbrellas. I'd definitely recommend this property, and will be booking at Tops'l again.

Super cute and clean
Loved the condo. The tubs are basic tiny condo tubs and are somewhat dangerous because the sides slope and it’s a slip hazard. Wish they would upgrade those to walk in showers. Also the lighting is really warm lighting and it’s very dim in all the rooms especially the master bath. It needs a light in the shower or just a much brighter one in general. The following doesn’t have to do with the condo itself but the HOA involved at Tops’l are a pain in the butt. You can only stay at the beach not directly in front of Tops’l. ONLY the owners can sit in front of Tops’l. That is the first time we have ever had dealings with such strict, peculiar rules.
